Luxury flats in Lilliput

THIS is the first picture of the development to be built at 2 Bingham Avenue in Lilliput. In May the scheme hit the headlines when it was announced the development was being built on the site of a luxury home which was only 10 years old.

The Borough of Poole council granted permission for nine flats on the site last year.More recently, fresh plans for a block of 11 flats on the same site submitted by Towncourt Homes were given planning permission.
