Sienna and Auburn is a development of two remarkable, four bedroom houses reminiscent of the Bauhaus era.
The Bauhaus era combined functionalism and sustainability with design of the highest order always utilising the latest building techniques and materials of that period. The result was a combination of uncompromised style yet functional, useable space.
The design of Sienna and Auburn incorporates expansive facades with large areas of floor to ceiling glass, combined with prominent architectural features, utilising copper and oak cladding combined with ivory self coloured render. Sienna and Auburn have been designed to create an original and impressive canvas both internally and externally – the materials and finishes selected are of the highest quality and specification.
As with the Bauhaus era the latest in building technology has been embraced. Sienna and Auburn are constructed using a system of Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF) combined with a solid concrete first floor and under floor heating resulting in an airtight, well insulated, and comfortable home.
